Mixed bread basket with herb-garlic dip, pesto butter & creamy tomato dip
- home-cured beef in a herb crust with rocket and parmesan
- lentil salad with diced chicken in a curry marinade
- vitello tonnato with tuna sauce and capers
- lettuce variation with house dressing and croutons

° juicy “pink” roast beef from (arg.) beef, roasted in one piece with a herb crust,
Mediterranean oven-baked vegetables and rosemary potatoes, with Sauce Café de Paris
° fried filet of zander with lemon rice
